Excellent Customer Support Representative Wanted

This is a permanent full-time opportunity within the Concrete Contact Centre.
Key Responsibilities- Receive and enter orders into systems in a precise and agile manner (training provided).
- Understand production capabilities of the plant and truck network.
- Monitor progress of deliveries and provide delivery information to customers using vehicle tracking systems.
- Build professional relationships with customers and internal teams.
- Punctual, professional and reliable team members that are committed to joining peers in the office five days per week.
- Enthusiasm and customer-focused individuals who can contribute to a busy contact centre.
- Exceptional communication skills to identify and resolve customer issues and capture orders.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a high-volume environment while delivering excellent service.
- Computer literacy.
