Customer Service Representative Opportunity

At Detmold Group, we are committed to providing exceptional customer service and support. We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to build strong relationships with customers. They will also have a high level of attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and work well under pressure.

  • Data Entry and administration of customer enquiries and orders in a timely and consistent manner.
  • Arranging dispatch of products and/or product information to existing or potential customers.
  • Developing and maintaining close contact with customers over the phone to promote our products & services and answering customer questions.
  • Building a positive image of the Company to our customers through your interactions with them.
  • Ensuring customers are informed on the status of their orders and upcoming deliveries.
  • Proactively addressing customer concerns and requests and identifying solutions.
  • Assisting the sales team to manage administrative tasks, enabling them to maximise time spent customer facing.
About You

We are seeking someone with previous experience in a similar role delivering excellence in administration support with a focus on customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Ability to think on your feet and offer alternative solutions to meet customer needs.

  • Problem solving ability.
  • Ability to use the MS Office suite of products.
  • Exceptional data entry skills.
  • A desire and ability to work effectively in a team.
