The ideal candidate for this position will possess exceptional communication skills, be punctual and professional, and have a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Key responsibilities include receiving and entering customer orders into our systems in a precise and agile manner with training provided, understanding production capabilities of our operations, monitoring progress of deliveries and providing delivery information to customers using tracking systems, and building professional relationships with customers and internal teams.
Requirements for success in this role include being able to manage competing priorities in a high-volume environment while maintaining exceptional customer service standards, possessing excellent problem-solving skills to identify and resolve customer issues, and having basic computer literacy and proficiency in using software applications.
