Hotel Operations Leader

The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including comprehensive oversight of maintenance and strata management to deliver exceptional guest experiences while driving operational efficiency and financial performance.

  • Leverage initiative and strategic approach to deliver outstanding guest experience.
  • Manage day-to-day profitability, presentation, and operations of the entire property.
  • Oversee financial forecasting, staff rostering, and promotional initiatives to boost sales.
  • Develop and lead the property team to reach their highest potential.
  • Make strategic decisions to increase Revenue Per Available Room (RevPAR) by collating and analysing data.
Key Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in hotel operational and financial management.
  • Strong leadership skills to foster accountability and staff engagement.
  • Knowledge of body corporate and strata management regulations.
  • Track record of upholding high service standards while maximizing revenue and minimizing costs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
