Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Hotel Housekeeping Director to oversee housekeeping operations in our hotel on the Sunshine Coast. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to join our team and contribute to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of housekeepers, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and quality across all areas of the hotel. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing efficient housekeeping procedures and protocols
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports of housekeeping operations
  • Collaborating with hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Managing and developing staff to optimize performance and productivity

Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:
