Hotel Operations Director

The Lord Stanley Hotel is seeking a leader to oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will lead and develop a skilled team, handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, collaborate with other departments for seamless operations, monitor performance metrics, identify opportunities for improvement, ensure compliance with regulations, and assist in strategic planning.
About You:
- You should have formal qualifications and at least two years of relevant employment experience or three years without formal qualifications as a Duty Manager in Food and Beverage or similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
- Proven ability to manage hotel operations, including food & beverage services.
- Strong customer service focus with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in hotel management software is an advantage.
- In-depth knowledge of industry regulations, policies, and best practices.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts as required.
