This is a permanent position offering an immediate start.

About the Role:
  • End-to-end payroll processing, including resolving employee queries
  • Administrative support to the finance team and HR Manager
  • Reconciliation and lodgment of payroll-related statutory payments
  • Advice on payroll-related matters, including updates on legislation and taxation queries
  • Assistance with general ledger reconciliation and payroll-related balance sheet accruals
  • Clerical and administrative support for the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, promotions, and terminations
  • Maintenance of HR and employee records, files, and databases
  • Creation of employment contracts and supplement documents
  • Coordination of induction and mandatory training
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in end-to-end payroll for a medium to large organization
  • Minimum 5 years experience in payroll processing
  • Advanced knowledge of relevant employment and statutory legislation
  • Experience with MicroPay or Pronto would be highly advantageous
  • Ability to work well under pressure and provide high-level support to the team
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong level of computer skills, including intermediate Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills
