Celotti Workforce is seeking an experienced Payroll and HR Administration Officer to join our team in Coopers Plains, QLD.
This is a permanent position offering an immediate start.
About the Role:- End-to-end payroll processing, including resolving employee queries
- Administrative support to the finance team and HR Manager
- Reconciliation and lodgment of payroll-related statutory payments
- Advice on payroll-related matters, including updates on legislation and taxation queries
- Assistance with general ledger reconciliation and payroll-related balance sheet accruals
- Clerical and administrative support for the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, promotions, and terminations
- Maintenance of HR and employee records, files, and databases
- Creation of employment contracts and supplement documents
- Coordination of induction and mandatory training
- Extensive experience in end-to-end payroll for a medium to large organization
- Minimum 5 years experience in payroll processing
- Advanced knowledge of relevant employment and statutory legislation
- Experience with MicroPay or Pronto would be highly advantageous
- Ability to work well under pressure and provide high-level support to the team
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong level of computer skills, including intermediate Excel
- Strong attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills
