Senior Financial Operations Manager

The Team Lead of Accounts Payable and Receivable will be responsible for leading the AP and AR functions. This includes overseeing daily operations, identifying process improvements, resolving operational issues, and supporting team engagement.
Job Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: Provide training, coaching, and oversight to ensure effective AP and AR operations. Identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes as needed. Ensure resolution of operational issues in a timely manner.
- Receipting and Debt Management: Collect payments, record transactions, reconcile accounts, prepare reports, manage overdue accounts, liaise with debtors, report on delinquent accounts, and assist with cash flow management.
- Billing and Credit Administration: Process billing, credits, and monthly departmental billing.
- Administrative Support: Maintain procedures, handle emails, meet deadlines, support system testing and training, ensure compliance, and contribute to process improvements.
- Minimum 4 years' experience in AR or a similar role, preferably with leadership experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software.
- Strong understanding of AR processes and controls.
