This is a unique opportunity to lead our Men's Project and contribute to our mission of reducing violence and promoting the wellbeing of boys and men. As Executive Director, Men's Project Leadership, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of our men's programs, building strategic partnerships, and advocating for social change.

We are looking for a candidate with significant senior leadership experience, a proven track record of developing and implementing effective programs, and a deep understanding of the social and cultural context of men's wellbeing. About the Role

The Executive Director, Men's Project Leadership will provide leadership on strengthening, overseeing, and monitoring practice related to The Men's Project's efforts to reduce violence and other harmful behaviors prevalent among boys and men. This will involve developing and implementing strategic plans, building partnerships, and advocating for policy change.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the social and cultural context of men's wellbeing, significant experience in program development and management, and excellent leadership and communication skills.
