About the RoleThis Tech Learning & Development Coordinator position sits within Global Technology, driving learning through various initiatives such as the School of Tech, REA Tech Onboarding program, and collaborating with subject matter experts.
Key Responsibilities- Administer REA University and handle logistics for tech events.
- Support Guild leaders and become the go-to person for our online learning platform.
- Be the friendly point of contact for tech community members with their learning questions and requests.
We are seeking someone process-oriented who enjoys helping things run smoothly, comfortable talking to all sorts of people, and able to juggle different tasks. Knowledge or experience in L&D, coordination/admin, agile project management, hospitality, events, organising communities, communications, workplace/facilities management, or customer support would be beneficial.
