Seeking a dynamic HSEQ Advisor to join our team at Fetch Recruitment, working with a leading commercial builder in Melbourne.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in OH&S, with experience in reviewing and reporting on site safety, conducting audits and training staff.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing and reporting on site safety matters
  • Conducting on-site safety audits
  • Providing onsite training and upskilling
  • Reviewing sub-contractor SWMS
  • Quality control and rectification
  • Effective administration and communication with sub-contractors, project management and clients

Requirements include:

  • 3+ years' experience in a similar OH&S/WHS/HSR role
  • Minimum of Certificate 4 in OHS
  • Experience working within construction (commercial experience highly regarded)
  • Fantastic software skills
