Role Overview

The role of a sales manager is pivotal in leading national growth and driving sales expansion across various customer segments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support client engineers and technical stakeholders in LOKPOD specification and adoption.
  • Provide guidance and support to key account managers on technical matters.
  • Lead the integration of LOKPOD into the national sales pipeline and broader market strategy.
  • Drive sales growth across existing and new customer segments.
  • Manage and update the LOKPOD growth pipeline.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to amplify LOKPOD's presence in the market.
  • Partner with manufacturing and supply teams to meet customer requirements.
  • Oversee product development initiatives as the national product lead.

Strategic thinking, technical insight, and relationship-building expertise are essential for this role.

Requirements:

  • At least five years' experience in sales management or business development.
  • A proven track record in B2B industrial environments.
  • Experience influencing engineering firms, councils, or regulatory bodies.
  • Confidence managing national accounts and leading product initiatives.
  • Strategic planning expertise with a knack for identifying trends and solving problems.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
