User Support is an essential role in the organization, requiring exceptional technical skills and knowledge to provide high-level support for clients. The position involves working with a team of domain experts who provide assistance on Bloomberg's sell-side and buy-side products.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Providing customer support and resolving technical issues
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify product enhancement requests

  • Maintaining accurate records of client needs and communicating effectively with stakeholders

Required qualifications and skills include:

  • 3+ years experience in a Financial Services or Financial Technology organization
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in supporting or using order management or electronic trading systems
  • Knowledge of buy-side markets and understanding of the full trade life cycle
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a team
