We are seeking an experienced Support Expert to collaborate with our clients. This role is suitable for someone who possesses problem-solving skills, technical knowledge, and excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide prompt and clear support to customers across various channels.
- Analyze customer queries, offer product insights, track user feedback, and escalate issues to the relevant teams.
- Collect and share valuable customer insights and feedback to inform product development and enhance user experience.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and timely resolution of escalated issues.
- Act as a liaison between customer support and product teams to facilitate seamless collaboration.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in SaaS and marketing automation environments.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Demonstrated passion for marketing technology with experience using solutions such as MailChimp or Shopify.
