
Customer Advocate Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Customer Success Advocate. In this role, you will be responsible for owning, troubleshooting, and solving complex customer technical issues.
- Job Responsibilities:
- Response and Resolution: Investigate and solve complex customer technical issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide exceptional customer service.
- Readiness: Develop and deliver readiness programs, technical coaching, and mentoring to support the growth and development of our team members.
- Product/Process Improvement: Collaborate with Microsoft Engineering and Supportability teams to identify areas for improvement and develop automation techniques and diagnostic tools.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in technical support, consulting, or information technology OR bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology (IT), or related field AND 3+ years of experience in technical support, consulting, or information technology in Azure Cloud administration OR Windows System Administration.
- Strong verbal communication skills to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Negotiation skills to achieve the best outcomes for the organization and customers.
- Problem-solving abilities to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
- Customer focus to provide exceptional customer service and build strong customer relationships.
- Team collaboration to work effectively in a team environment, sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues.
