Overview

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our ANZ recruitment function. This role will oversee the sourcing, assessment, and selection of candidates for key senior positions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business needs.
  • Manage recruitment processes to ensure timely and quality hiring that meets standards.
  • Partner with Senior Leaders to identify people needs and levers to help deliver on their business strategy.
  • Utilise HR data and analytics to drive HR team and service performance.
  • Ensure accurate delivery of HR Operations and continuously improve HR policies and processes.

Experience & Personal Attributes

  • Broad expertise across a broad range of HR disciplines including recruitment, HR operations, and employee relations.
  • Current understanding and knowledge of employment law practices within ANZ.
  • Confidence, credibility, and proven track record in operating at the most senior levels of an organisation.
  • Ability to work in dynamic environments and be flexible to changing business needs.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of AU$120,000 - AU$180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus superannuation and other benefits.
