About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join our team at BaptistCare. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition Team, you will play a critical role in attracting top talent and shaping the future of our workforce.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will support the Talent Acquisition Team by utilising our database and systems to attract high-quality candidates for various roles across our business streams. This will involve managing related administrative tasks, identifying, engaging, and attracting top candidates who align with our strategic goals.

Responsibilities
  • Utilise our database and systems to attract top candidates for various roles across our business streams
  • Support the Talent Acquisition Team in managing related administrative tasks
  • Identify, engage, and attract high-quality candidates who align with our strategic goals
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience
  • A minimum 12 months experience as a HR Administrator or Recruitment Resourcer
  • Experience using applicant tracking or talent management software such as PageUp, Seek Employer, and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Intermediate to advanced computer proficiency
  • Strong aptitude for ATS systems configuration and implementation
  • Good working knowledge and aptitude for talent pooling candidates
  • High initiative and excellent time management skills
  • High level written and verbal communication skills, professional telephone manner
  • Accurate typing skills, high attention to detail
  • Valid Driver's License and commitment to occasional travel including inter-state
