We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Support Coordinator to join our Pre-Site Operational Customer Support team at Metricon Homes. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our high-end knock down rebuild customers receive the highest level of support throughout the pre-construction process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer expectations and ensure timely updates on the status of their home during the pre-construction process
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers
  • Provide regular updates to customers and maintain accurate records of customer project details
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, including drafting, estimating, and external suppliers, to coordinate client variations and ensure quality control
  • Develop thorough knowledge of Metricon products, services, and processes to confidently interact with clients
  • Assist with all Customer Support related tasks and contribute to a positive and supportive team environment

Requirements
  • Mandarin speaking
  • Extensive experience in a Customer Service and Administrative capacity
  • Ability to deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers
  • Highly developed interpersonal communication skills and ability to establish strong networks with internal and external stakeholders
  • Intermediate skill level using Microsoft Office and experience in using database systems an added advantage
