Job Overview

We are seeking a Transformation Program Lead to drive complex change initiatives, modernizing technology solutions and enhancing customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale transformation programs, ensuring alignment with business strategy and IT roadmaps.
  • Shape and manage key streams in transformational programs involving enterprise data platforms, ERP systems, and CRM technologies integrating into broader IT ecosystems.
  • Oversee planning, execution, and governance of concurrent projects, including stakeholder engagement, risk management, and reporting.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across business units, technology teams, and external vendors to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Champion customer-centric delivery by aligning solutions with user needs and driving continuous improvement through performance insights.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in senior project or delivery management roles across multiple industries, with strong hands-on leadership in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Proven ability to deliver customer-facing and enterprise-scale technology projects, including CRM, ERP, and data platform transformations.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels - from executive leadership to delivery teams.
  • Expertise in risk and issue management, vendor coordination, and quality assurance within complex delivery environments.
  • High emotional intelligence, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset to lead diverse teams and drive strategic outcomes.
