Senior Delivery Lead

As a seasoned Senior Delivery Manager at a leading organization, you will spearhead intricate transformation programs that span CRM, ERP, and enterprise data platforms. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with senior stakeholders, delivery squads, and third-party vendors to drive strategic outcomes in a hybrid Agile-Waterfall environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale transformation programs, ensuring alignment with business strategy and IT roadmaps.
  • Shape and manage key streams in transformational programs involving Enterprise Data Platform, ERP, and CRM technologies integrating into broader IT ecosystems.
  • Oversee planning, execution, and governance of concurrent projects, including stakeholder engagement, risk management, and reporting.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across business units, technology teams, and external vendors to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Champion customer-centric delivery by aligning solutions with user needs and driving continuous improvement through performance insights.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in senior project or delivery management roles across multiple industries, with strong hands-on leadership in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. They will also possess proven ability to deliver customer-facing and enterprise-scale technology projects, including CRM, ERP, and data platform transformations.

Requirements
  • Extensive experience in senior project or delivery management roles across multiple industries.
