Transformation Program Manager

We are seeking a skilled Transformation Program Manager to support our strategic HR transformation program. The successful candidate will focus on driving change across multiple workstreams, with an emphasis on Time & Labour Management (TLM) and Payroll.
This delivery role thrives in fast-paced environments, contributing directly to executing change plans. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, Agile practices, and stakeholder engagement.
About the Role:- Develop and execute comprehensive change strategies across multiple workstreams.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Subject Matter Experts, and delivery teams to drive business outcomes.
- SUPPORT capability uplift and stakeholder engagement through effective communication and training programs.
- Apply Agile change practices, including visual canvases and Kanban boards, to enhance project delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize business processes.
- 5+ years of experience in change/project delivery, preferably in HR transformation.
- Advanced presentation and communication skills to engage senior stakeholders.
- Strong senior stakeholder management and engagement skills to build trust and credibility.
- Experience with Oracle or ADP TLM systems is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in creating visual change collateral using Canva or PowerPoint is required.
