Job Overview

This leadership role involves driving the strategic direction of a portfolio of retail stores. The ideal candidate will have experience in area retail management and possess strong leadership skills to motivate and develop their team.


Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain store standards, ensuring exceptional customer service and employee engagement
  • Develop and implement business plans to drive commercial outcomes and achieve individual and store KPIs
  • Coordinate daily operations including rostering, stock management, and reporting
  • Collaborate with visual merchandising teams to ensure brand consistency across stores
  • Lead by example, promoting a safe and positive working environment while adhering to all workplace health & safety guidelines
Requirements
  • Proven experience in area retail management with a portfolio of 6 stores between Byron & Brisbane
  • Strong people leadership skills – coaching, motivating, and mentoring staff to achieve their full potential
  • Customer-first mindset with a focus on delivering elevated in-store experiences
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines
