We are seeking an experienced retail professional to lead our supermarket operations on the Gold Coast.

As a store manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing inventory, and optimizing labor costs. You will work closely with our business managers to develop and implement effective merchandising strategies and achieve profitable store growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily store operations, including staff supervision and customer service
  • Develop and implement effective merchandising plans to drive sales growth and optimize inventory levels
  • Manage labor costs and optimize store performance through data analysis and reporting
  • Collaborate with business managers to develop and implement operational plans
  • E nsure compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintain a safe working environment
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in retail or store management, with a strong track record of achieving sales growth and optimizing operational efficiency
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business or related field an asset
