Retail Store Manager

Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to achieve sales goals and drive business results. This includes creating a positive and productive work environment, managing store operations, and developing strategies to increase customer engagement.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Sales Leadership: Lead the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer service.
  2. Team Management: Hire, train, and develop sales professionals to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  3. Store Operations: Manage store inventory, visual merchandising, and overall store appearance to maintain a high standard of presentation.
  4. Customer Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to increase customer engagement, including promotions, events, and loyalty programs.
Required Skills & Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Leadership Experience: Proven leadership experience in retail or a related field.
  • Sales Skills: Strong sales skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform business decisions.
