Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Partnership Manager to lead our student placement and stakeholder engagement strategies across Early Childhood Education programs.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on building partnerships and supporting student outcomes. You will play a leading role in connecting students with meaningful and compliant placement opportunities, while ensuring high-quality placements that prepare them for the workforce.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with lecturers and trainers to oversee placement quality, resolve issues, and maintain strong relationships with industry partners, alumni, and graduates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sourcing, negotiating, and securing field placement opportunities
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with industry partners, alumni, and graduates
  • Overseeing placement quality and resolving issues when they arise

You will also manage our industry contact database, maintain strong stakeholder relationships, and use host feedback to continuously improve the placement process.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • At least 3 years' experience in the Early Childhood Education sector
  • A background in partnership development, stakeholder engagement, or program management
  • An understanding of placement processes and compliance in higher education and/or VET
  • A qualification in Early Childhood Education would be an advantage
