Actuarial Enablement Strategist - APAC

You're an innovative thinker who excels at developing and implementing cutting-edge actuarial solutions. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive business growth across diverse markets and cultures.

This position involves serving as a subject matter expert on actuarial methodologies and engineering techniques, advising senior management and collaborating with cross-functional teams to inform strategic decision-making and lead solution development.

The ideal candidate will have strong actuarial and data engineering expertise, with hands-on experience in designing, developing, and executing actuarial solutions. Experience in coding for data management, data warehousing, or other data environments is also essential.

This is a leadership role that requires excellent communication skills, the ability to articulate complex actuarial concepts and data insights clearly and persuasively, and a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and enhancing strategic vision and roadmaps for actuarial solutions that enable APAC Retail and Commercial Lines across countries.
  • Leading the creation of efficient, scalable solutions that accelerate speed to market while ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant technical standards.
  • Championing customer-centric priorities and ensuring internal and external stakeholders benefit from actionable, high-quality data insights.

  • Demonstrated leadership in developing strategic solutions that drive business value and operational efficiency.
