This newly created Head of Talent Acquisition opportunity will lead a large and nationally dispersed team of talent acquisition, marketing, and strategic workforce planning professionals across their Aged Care portfolio.

With a high degree of reform and transformation across the sector, this role presents an incredible opportunity to lead the re-set of key strategic and operational pillars - supporting and driving an end-to-end talent acquisition program across the portfolio.

You will:

- Support and build the TA road map that addresses primary talent resourcing and strategic workforce planning objectives whilst aligning to commercial and business strategy
- Collaborate with the broader P&C team and business stakeholders on projects and initiatives that optimise the TA function and build contemporary, fit-for-purpose methodologies and practice to drive required change

Also having responsibility for all Talent Programs including traineeships and graduate recruitment, the Head of TA presents an opportunity to combine strong operational leadership with strategic influence that positively impacts broader talent objectives across the business.

We will be looking for:

- Previous talent acquisition leadership and specifically of large, complex and dispersed teams and workforces
- Capability to engage with Executive teams and senior stakeholders in the development and execution of short, mid and long-range talent acquisition goals and objectives
- Extensive experience leading organisational-wide workforce and talent programs and capability to align strategic and operational talent acquisition goals with business strategy
