Continence Care Specialist

Our team provides specialist clinical services to support clients with continence issues. As a key member, you will be part of a supportive and inclusive environment that values your strengths and identity.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver comprehensive continence assessments and support for clients aged 65 years and above.
- Promote quality improvement and education in community and inpatient settings.
- Develop and implement strategies to manage and educate individuals experiencing continence issues.
What We're Looking For:
- A commitment to working within our mission and values.
- A current unrestricted driver's license.
- Knowledge of aged care and dementia issues, as well as experience working with diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Excellent interpersonal and time management skills.
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
