Job Description:

As a seasoned Events Coordinator, you will oversee the delivery of exceptional events and exhibitions at The Star Brisbane. Your expertise in managing teams, coordinating logistics, and ensuring seamless event execution will be essential to our success.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the event team, ensuring timely setup and execution of events
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing personalized solutions to exceed expectations
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance event flow, efficiency, and overall guest satisfaction
  • Manage budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure successful event delivery
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential issues
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in events management or a related field
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality events, exceeding client expectations
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Valid certification in events management or a related field
