Job Title: Senior Event Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Venue Manager to lead our team at a multifaceted entertainment venue. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for orchestrating the day-to-day activities of our venue, ensuring seamless execution of events and activations.

This is an autonomous role that offers boundless support from our central team. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills in team leadership, event programming, and budget oversight, while contributing to our organization's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate schedules and manage performers effectively
  • Develop and implement operational best practices
  • Manage and oversee budgets, including venue maintenance and staffing costs
  • Lead a high-performing team of management staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation
  • Cultivate strong relationships with DJs, promoters, and other industry professionals

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a Venue Manager or equivalent role
  • Proven track record in event and entertainment programming, with a focus on customer experience
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop management teams
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with stakeholders
