Senior Event Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Event Coordinator to lead our events team in delivering exceptional customer experiences. As the Events Captain, you will be responsible for supervising and guiding a team of up to 10-20 staff members.
- Lead the team to deliver small events and provide on-the-job training and development opportunities.
- Work closely with the Event Floor Manager to ensure smooth event execution and staff performance.
- Identify areas for improvement and propose viable solutions to enhance productivity.
- Brief staff at the start of every shift and address any potential issues that may arise.
- Monitor staff performance during shifts and provide constructive feedback.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for events, experience in hospitality, and strong leadership skills. A flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays, is also required to work a rotating roster. Additionally, the ability to work full-time hours (38 hours per week) is essential.
