Senior Event Coordinator Job Description

About the Role

The Senior Events Coordinator will play a pivotal role in executing our event strategy, delivering outstanding experiences for our customers, prospects, and partners.

This involves overseeing all aspects of event coordination, from concept development to on-site execution, ensuring events are delivered to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Event Planning: Plan and execute events, including executive roundtables, customer peer groups, and solution-focused workshops.
  • Budget Management: Develop and oversee event budgets, ensuring cost-effective and high-quality delivery.
  • Logistics Coordination: Handle venue selection, vendor negotiations, catering, AV setup, travel arrangements, and any technical requirements.
  • Marketing and Communication: Create event-related content, including invitations, promotional materials, and social media campaigns.
  • On-Site Operations: Lead on-site event execution, managing logistics, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a smooth guest experience.
  • Post-Event Reporting: Evaluate event success, gather feedback, and provide detailed reports with recommendations for future improvements.
