We seek a dynamic Enterprise Sales Development Representative to join our expanding sales team. As an early member, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our sales and customer success motion, contributing meaningfully to the growth of our business.

As an Enterprise Sales Development Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing outbound sales strategies to penetrate the Enterprise market
  • Utilizing data-driven insights and market signals to personalize and prioritize outreach efforts
  • Reaching out to prospects through various channels, including phone, email, and LinkedIn, to educate them about our product or service
  • Exploring innovative ways to engage, delight, and reach new prospects
  • Conducting meetings with potential customers to understand their challenges and goals
  • Collaborating on the development of sales playbooks and defining our sales motion
  • Owning pipeline generation tactics and strategic approaches
  • Developing in-depth knowledge of our product and delivering customized demos tailored to different personas
  • Qualifying prospects to determine their fit with our company
  • Taking thorough notes and recognizing buying signals
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams to influence performance initiatives, product launches, and service innovations
  • Working closely with Account Executives to help them achieve revenue targets

Key qualifications for this role include:

  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in sales or sales development within SaaS tech or high-growth environments
  • Proven ability to make cold calls to decision-makers
  • A track record of achieving high results in current and previous roles, consistently hitting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Compelling communication and storytelling skills, enabling the crafting of narratives tailored to individual customers' needs
  • A passion for engaging with customers, always seeking deeper understanding and learning opportunities
