Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Executive Assistant.

The role involves providing high-level administrative support to the CEO, including scheduling, correspondence, travel arrangements, meeting preparation, and document preparation.

You will be responsible for sending communications to staff or wider community on behalf of the CEO as directed, assisting with travel arrangements for all staff as required, coordinating logistics for meetings such as catering, venue, and travel arrangements, and supporting the coordination of conferences, as required.

Responsibilities:
