Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused professional to provide administrative support to our leadership team.

This part-time role involves providing high-level administrative support, including scheduling, correspondence, travel arrangements, meeting preparation, and document preparation.

  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, and events.
  • Manage a National Calendar of events ensuring key stakeholders are updated.
  • Support the coordination of conferences, as needed, with assistance from the conference coordinator.
About the Role

This role is 0.5 FTE (negotiable) and based in Springwood, NSW.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess a deep understanding of administration best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including scheduling, correspondence, travel arrangements, meeting preparation, and document preparation.
  2. Send communications to staff or the wider community on behalf of the CEO as directed.
  3. Assist with travel arrangements for all staff as required.
