We are seeking a senior professional to drive excellence in consumer care and clinical practice within our Mental Health Team.
Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the implementation of evidence-based assessments and interventions, guiding professional development across the multidisciplinary team, and managing key operational functions.
This pivotal role requires advanced clinical expertise, strong leadership capabilities, and a commitment to recovery-oriented service delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Drive innovation through evidence-based practice
- Lead by example in professional development and mentorship
- Manage day-to-day operations with a focus on quality improvement initiatives
- Motivate staff to deliver exceptional results
- Demonstrated expert level skills in mental health and discipline-specific assessments and interventions
- Proven experience in clinical service management and quality improvement programs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer literacy and ability to lead change
- Current Driver's License and willingness to use it for work purposes
- Professional qualifications applicable to the role (e.g. Social Worker, Occupational Therapist, Nursing)
