We are seeking an accomplished professional to lead our Community Mental Health Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving excellence in consumer care and clinical practice.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement evidence-based assessments and interventions.
- Guide the professional development of a multidisciplinary team.
- Manage key operational functions including rostering, workload allocation, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Lead change within the workplace, balancing competing demands and motivating staff.
- Advocate for a recovery-focused model of care with consumer and carer consultation.
- Expert-level skills in mental health and discipline-specific assessments and interventions.
- Leadership experience and/or ability to provide guidance to a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong communication skills, good interpersonal skills, and computer literacy.
- Knowledge of contemporary community mental health service issues.
- Professional qualifications applicable to the role.
