Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our Roadside Assistance team as a Customer Service Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers through the effective management of inbound and outbound telephone calls.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Results Orientation: Seek additional data to support decision-making processes, clarify expectations, and ask for guidance when faced with complex issues.
  • Customer Focus: Respond to customer needs, handle requests in a timely manner, and maintain knowledge of key performance indicators (KPIs) for customer satisfaction.
  • Fostering Relationships: Provide assistance to colleagues as needed, share information and ideas, and communicate professionally.
  • Case Management/Data Entry: Accurately log call-related data into our CRM system, complete task notes and incident data entry, and provide effective follow-through for case management.
  • Professional Approach: Positively represent our team and Allianz Worldwide Partners in internal and external interactions.
  • Customer Service Focus: Deliver exceptional service, promote customer retention, and identify customer needs to provide timely resolutions.
Requirements:
  • Ability to work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends and evenings.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Basic to intermediate computer literacy in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
