Job Title: Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to lead our sales efforts in Australia. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the automated logic industry and be able to develop and implement effective strategies to drive growth and expansion.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with existing customers, identifying new opportunities, and providing solutions and consultative selling. They will also be expected to estimate and provide professional submissions, as well as build strong relationships with new and potential clients.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage relationships with existing customers, including Automated Logic End Users, Mechanical Contractors, and Builders.
  • Provide solution and consultative selling, understanding and tracking End User investment and expansion strategies.
  • Estimate and provide professional submissions.
  • Identify and convert new opportunities for total solutions and product sales.
  • Build strong relationships with new and potential client base.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide regular updates on client and industry feedback.
Requirements:
  1. Experience in a similar role, preferably in the automated logic industry.
  2. Strong knowledge of building automation technologies and designs.
  3. Proven success in leading sales teams and developing commercial contracts.
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
