**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
With a new branch location on the horizon and the only sales representative for **Queanbeyan** and the surrounding area, this is a rare opportunity to work with a dynamic range of customers whilst developing professionally with a market leading brand.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Our sales representative will provide specialist support and machinery recommendations based on customer needs and individual operations. They will monitor current industry trends, predict sales requirements, and continually expand knowledge of the John Deere product and relevant industries within Queanbeyan and surrounds.

Additional responsibilities include:

- Sell a broad range of agricultural, turf and compact construction machinery
- Maintain knowledge of financing options to assist with the purchase of goods
- Attend training days and continually keep up to date on product knowledge to stay ahead of the game
- Drive and maintain whole good presentation at the branch
- Generate new business using existing and potential new customer networks
- Provide exceptional service to exceed your customer's expectations.

**The ideal applicant will possess**:

- Top-notch selling and follow-up skills with a strong customer focus
- Demonstrated time management and organisational skills
- The ability to work flexible hours
- A current and valid manual driver's licence (C essential, MR or above preferred)
- An understanding of farm machinery would be an advantage, but not essential.
