Parts Interpreter Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Parts Interpreter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing parts sales, and interpreting spare parts requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
  2. Process parts sales over the phone and at the counter, including invoicing, picking, packing, and distribution.
  3. Interpret spare parts requirements from customers and suppliers.
  4. Process internal sales to service and sales departments.
  5. Conduct annual and rolling stock takes.
  6. Perform general warehousing duties.
  7. Schedule service jobs and liaise with customers about progress.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Parts Interpreter preferred but not essential.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Forklift licence (advantage).

Working Hours:

Full-time position. Monday to Friday – 8.00 am to 5.00 pm.
