The Business Development Director is responsible for driving business growth and leading a team of professionals across the state.
Main Responsibilities- Diversify our network of mortgage brokers and foster long-lasting relationships with key partners.
- Collaborate with aggregator partners to maximize opportunities and align on mutual goals, providing expert guidance on loan scenarios and lending structures.
- Represent us at broker and aggregator functions, showcasing our value proposition and expanding our network.
- Oversee and drive the performance of the state team, ensuring alignment with national objectives and developing and executing state-level business plans, growth strategies, and market expansion initiatives in collaboration with aggregator state teams.
- Lead, coach, and mentor professionals to build capability and sales effectiveness, fostering a culture of compliance, accountability, and client service excellence.
- Drive sales and meet state-wide targets with focus on exceptional customer service, tracking and reporting to leadership on state performance, sales forecasts, and market trends.
This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the mortgage industry. The successful candidate will be able to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, develop and execute business plans, and drive sales growth while ensuring high-quality customer service.
