As a seasoned executive, you will lead our state-based client-facing team by fostering strong relationships and driving innovative solutions to deliver exceptional service to our members and employers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and leading a high-performing account management team, including supervision of their duties and responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and motivate the state-based account management team to achieve state targets and objectives.
  • Develop and implement successful account management and sales strategies, including the development and growth of strong B2B relationships.
  • Ensure team compliance with mandatory accreditation requirements of RG146.
  • Retain and grow the state's employer/member portfolio through various servicing and engagement activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of leadership and account management within the superannuation industry or financial services sector.
  • Experience in motivating, leading, coaching and managing a high-performing Account Management team.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement successful account management and sales strategies, including the development and growth of strong B2B relationships.
  • Knowledge of the industrial relations environment and superannuation issues.
