Main Responsibilities- Business Development: Exceed 15% year-on-year growth by leveraging strategic client engagement, tendering, and partnership development.
- Market Expansion: Foster collaboration with leadership, branch teams, and shared services to deliver on state-wide strategy.
- Team Leadership: Mentor, coach, and develop your team through performance management and leadership initiatives.
- Financial Management: Ensure financial targets are met while driving efficiency and excellence.
- Client Success: Focus on retention, satisfaction, and long-term growth with a strong emphasis on client relationships.
