  • Collaborate with senior leaders to align HR strategies with organisational goals, focusing on leadership development, talent management, and workforce planning.
  • Support leaders to strengthen their people management skills and build organisational capability.
  • Lead and support change initiatives to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new processes.
  • Design and execute strategies to enhance engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Identify and implement development programs to build skills across the organisation.
  • Promote and reinforce organisational culture, values, and behaviours through impactful initiatives.
  • Oversee performance management processes, providing guidance and tools for success.
  • Use analytics to inform strategy and measure outcomes of organisational development initiatives.
About You

You are an experienced HR professional with a passion for organisational development and a collaborative approach to driving change. You have a strategic mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to influence and inspire.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Organisational Development, Psychology, or a related field (Master's degree highly desirable).
  • Strong strategic thinking, excellent communication, and the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Solid understanding of HR and OD best practices, with experience in complex industries or social services as a bonus.
What We Offer

Talentpath offers a competitive salary of $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with opportunities for professional development and career progression.
