Job Description:

We are seeking an organised and proactive professional to manage day-to-day operations in a dynamic environment.

This is a 12-month contract role where you'll be at the heart of keeping operations running smoothly.

Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, you'll play a vital role in supporting our team by assisting with work in progress management, raising purchase orders for labour and materials, processing invoices, handling customer feedback surveys, and ensuring accurate data entry.

Our ideal candidate will be part of a supportive crew who value collaboration, pride themselves on strong customer relationships, and work together to get the job done.

About The Opportunity:

  • Schedule work site inductions for technicians
  • Ensure all tickets and licenses are up to date and validated
  • Raise PO's, consolidate and follow up accounts
  • Carry out contractor inductions
  • Manage post service calls for all equipment services
  • Manage registrations, inspections and service requirements for the field service fleet
  • Coordinate and validate payroll workflows (technician timesheets)
