**Job Opportunity:** Medical Receptionist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate medical professional to join our team as a Part-time Medical Receptionist.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable with the day-to-day requirements of a busy specialist practice and possess excellent communication skills, IT savviness, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities include:

  • Welcoming patients into the practice and assisting with consulting sessions
  • Delivering exceptional customer service and scheduling patient appointments
  • Collecting and entering patient details, answering phone calls, and performing general administrative duties
  • Patient billing and processing payments, and supporting clinicians and fellow administrative staff

**Requirements:

  • 1 year experience in a similar role (preferred)
  • IT skills and ability to troubleshoot
  • Excellent communication skills and positive friendly manner
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to work independently with initiative and as part of a team
  • Ability to work well under pressure and multi-task in a busy environment
