About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and organised Make Safe Coordinator to join our team in ensuring seamless customer experiences. As a Make Safe Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating emergency make safe repairs for insurance customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining client satisfaction by adhering to contract requirements and Service Level Agreements
  • Coordinating all emergency Make Safe works from triage to completion
  • Issuing Work Orders, updating file notes, internal and external systems, and managing communication with stakeholders
About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess 2-3 years experience working in an administration/scheduling role within insurance, building, construction or maintenance related industries. Key skills include strong administration and scheduling experience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and strong organisational and time management skills.

What We Offer

A competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, and opportunities for career progression within the business.
