About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Workplace Expert to join our team at NewyTechPeople. As a Microsoft 365 Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation and continuous improvement of our digital workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, and related digital tools to ensure seamless integration across workplace platforms.
- Design and deploy new features, identify opportunities for automation, and ensure compliance with our security standards.
- Work closely with our IT Systems, Cyber Security, and Infrastructure teams to ensure alignment and collaborate with vendors and consultants.
- Assist in IT audits, budgeting, and licensing management, while participating in Agile development projects that make a direct impact on our digital workplace.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, particularly in managing Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, and related digital tools.
- Experience administering Atlassian platforms and ITSM integrations.
- Background in Level 2-3 troubleshooting, problem management, and platform customisation within a mid-to-large IT environment.
- A solid understanding of security protocols and compliance requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with both tech and non-tech colleagues.
