We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our Assurance Pursuit Centre of Excellence. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for managing and developing our pursuit pipeline, including must-win and retain pursuits across audit and advisory services.

You will work closely with Assurance Markets and Service Line Leadership to define our pursuit strategy and oversee qualification and MORE process activities. Additionally, you will manage resourcing using COE resources and liaise with Oceania Pursuits and Commercial Excellence Leader on any additional resourcing requirements.

Key responsibilities include working with wider Clients and Industries teams and Global Assurance Markets to find ways to work better together to increase win probability across Audit and Assurance Advisory, including:

- Developing and executing stakeholder engagement strategies

- Overseeing CX activities and connecting accounts to new solutions and key buyer programs

- Managing retentions account management activities

- Leading pursuits in capacity as Pursuit Leader

Requirements for success include 15+ years' experience in pursuits or similar, experience managing direct reports and allocating work, ability to prioritise tasks and manage workload of self and team.
